Data is objective and verifiable against the source documents, which are cited on the page beside the facts they support. SpotValue operates as a publisher of factual information within the meaning of ASIC Regulatory Guide 244, and relies on the publishing exemption in section 911A(2)(a) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and ASIC Regulatory Guide 36.
SpotValue receives no commissions from product issuers, has no arrangements with listed companies, and routes no orders. Promise Tracker verdicts are arithmetic comparisons between targets companies stated and outcomes companies reported, reached under a published, versioned rubric.
